EZ Pro Realty FREE PHP / MySql Real Estate Listings Manager

EZPro Realty is a core modified version of the mega popular OpenRealty listings manager. The application like many forked variants of open source applications was developed as an entirely different build string and is NOT affiliated with Open Realty or Transparent Technologies.

The forked application was modified to work more in concert with third party applications to be as transparent as possible while still remaining a stand alone application for use in nearly any type of gallery situation

Although the target audience is the Real Estate industry, EZPro Realty is flexible enough to be easly modified for use in automotive, yacht, boating, or any type of gallery dependant site.

EZPro Realty Commercial Components

EZPro Realty Commercial Components are most often a special classification of our regular components which frequently include types of licenses not suited for commercial application.  What that means is that many designers, developers and project managers prefer to have a special type of license in order to better suit their branding uniqueness and appearance. 

This classification of commercial components include many specialized custom configured mapping solutions, export and import utilities, along with RETS / IDX integrations.

EZPro Realty Open Source Plugins

Although many of our plugins and extensions are free, not all of them are open source and this classification is for those plugins that remain open source and freely available.  Because of the designation of open source and the guidelines that occupy the terms of use, we do our best to maintain well documented core code and seek to provide a coding standard or should we say guidelline to follow for development.

Many plugins herein are contributed by third party supporting developers who which to extend the functionality of EZ Pro Realty, WordPress and or Joomla in relation to our genera audience.

EZPro Realty's WordPress Plugin WP Realty

WP Realty was co developed by Jared Ritchey and the EZPro Realty developers to provide a super efficient and effective way of integrating and bridging WordPress with either EZPro Realty or OpenRealty for better overall site building features.

WordPress as a blog can be manipulated and designed to function more like a fully functioning mini CMS solution and once combined with the ability to add, edit and manage Real Estate Listings, becomes a powerfull marketing tool for any Real Estate professional.

Like the EZPro Realty Joomla "Extension" Component, WP Realty can be used for any site requiring the many features a listings manager would provide in combination with a CMS version of WordPress or a simple WordPress blog.

This plugin follows two designations, one of which is a special commercial designation built specifically for design and development professionals and then of course the FREEWARE version of the application which is available here or on the WordPress.org extension directory.

EZPro Realty - The Joomla Component

Different from the application of the same title, the plugin is designed to work with either OpenRealty or our variant build called EZPro Realty by integrating many of the listings manager features directly into your Joomla CMS.

This plugin follows two designations, one of which is a special commercial designation built specifically for design and development professionals and then of course the FREEWARE version of the application which is available here or on the joomla.org extension directory.

This application provides Joomla CMS site owners the ability to quickly and easily integrate the listings manager directly into the users interface of the site and then provide the site owner with exceptional SEF SEO features designed to increase your marketing efforts. 

SEF URL's are not enough so we tested the component with the most successful and most effective third party SEF tool for Joomla known as SH404 and discovered no limitations or conflicts in either application.

XHTML / CSS Valid EZPro Realty Templates

Build using the latest techniques in design to be fully compliant with XHTML / CSS guidelines, these templates are provided as open source free products.

It is important to note that some template contributors to this area may require licensing or design credits to remain in the source for free use and may also provide an alternative license set to be no more than our maximum allowed pricing guidelines.

EZPro Realty isn't against commercial incentives but in keeping with the spirit of open source for templates and other elements of the project we maintain guidelines for contributing vendors and developers when producing commercial products by setting pricing requirements.
