Order by - doesn't work (on site view all lsitings)

The function "sort by" doesn't work on view all listings page. When I click on e.g. ZIP the listings should be ordered by the ZIP code. Out of Joomla it works (OR original site).
But the JRealty Component genartes a code like this:
index.php?option=com_ezprorealty&Itemid=11&?option =com_ezprorealty&action=searchresults&sortby=city& sorttype=ASC&pclass[]=

If I rework the code in the adress bar to a working code, then it Looks like that:
index.php?option=com_ezprorealty&Itemid=11&?&actio n=searchresults&sortby=city&sorttype=ASC&pclass[]=

There seems to be a "option=com_ezprorealty&" to much in the string?

Any idea how to solve this problem?

I hope someone of the EZPro Realty Team will read this question, till now I never get an Answer?
